After a rough 2-4 start, the Kansas Wesleyan football team bounced back in fine fashion, dismantling the Avila Eagles 38-3 on homecoming weekend. This clip features KWUs hot start to the contest, scoring two first-quarter touchdowns around an interception on the first play of Avila's second drive.

The brand of basketball played in this conference has provided me with a unique challenge, as all teams involved often play at a breakneck pace.

Early in the non-con portion of their 2022-23 season, the Kent State women's basketball team played host to St. Bonaventure and knocked off the Bonnies to earn their fourth straight victory and improve to 6-2 on the season. In a win-or-go-home game late in the 2023 Mid-American Conference baseball tournament, Kent State once again found their backs to the wall. After allowing a lethal Central Michigan team to load the bases, the Flashes went to work, leaning on crafty pitching and stellar defense to get out of the jam.

The Kent State women's soccer team drew with the Ohio Bobcats to fall to the three seed in the MAC tournament but got to host a drama-filled quarterfinal against the Toledo Rockets. You can see the stretch that turned the tide here as KSU rattled off two unanswered goals to tie, and then take the lead in a win-or-go-home MAC playoff game on ESPN+.
